Techies to Write?

One of the things I’m dying to do is make use of website designers who have become bloggers to learn to write tenably and eventually become a part of our group of writers. I’ve made some inroads on that actually, providing even lectures for them to cope with disciplined writing. However, I have come to the realization that, indeed, the Creator had not generally pooled multiple talents in individuals. Although attempting to culture this kind of people to be good in both counts, the norm still is that some may be good in the technical aspect but weak in editorial concerns. It is also true the other way around.
